21c joomla template

This project is in two parts 1. I need an EXACT copy of [login to view URL] including all links,meta tags etc The site needs to be built in Joomla - this is my site and it will be a replacement to the existing website - the designer will also need to upload this site to our server and make sure that it functions fully and correctly - only after this will payment be made 2. The basic building block for the website (template) above will be used for other projects so all the information will need to be easily modified - such as colours, links, names of pages etc so that it can be used as a joomla site for different businesses - this is a basic requirement of the project
