Gatsby React developer needed for open-source Gatsby plugin

Have existing project: [login to view URL] It uses the gatsby-source-storyblok plugin to connect Gatsby with the Storyblok CMS. Should be an easy job for someone versed in React and familar with Gatsby. The resulting work will be open source and available to the community. Problem: currently there's no way to use gatsby-image with the Storyblok plugin because it doesn't pull the images from the Storyblok CDN into local image files, and gatsby-image only works with local files. What I need: extend the project using gatsby-plugin-remote-images or gatsby-source-filesystem or any other solution you want, so that remote images from Storyblok are pulled locally and used with storyblok-image.
