HTML And JQuery general Web Chat Rooms Html Template

Dear Bidders, I would like to open a free web chat service. The idea is to create a general chatrooms website free for all. People will have to fill just some few informations like : Nickname, Zipcode, Profile ( few text ) and gender : Male, Female, Group, Couple. One connected people can see the list of the connected users beside their area ( this will be based on the zip code. ) They got also a list of active rooms ( public ones ) created by users. People can not create rooms ( Will be done later ) When People join a room, we open a new Html tab. Each chat is on a single tab. People can use smileys, but not html text areas to avoid spammers. I would like a non-rounded corner chat interface with colors like : Facebook ones. Do not care at all about the server side. All you have to do is to place alters instead of the Ajax call backs. We will deal with the .NET Ajax callback. So in conclusion : The project is quite simple because is consists of creating an HTML interface. Mockups are WELCOME. But only from serious bidders.
