Simple Kiosk App ( with Webview ) for Androids -- 2

PLEASE READ THE PROJECT DETAILS AS A WHOLE BEFORE BIDDING I am looking for a Mobile App Developer that can help me create a simple kiosk app with WebView for android devices. Here are a list of requirements. 1. Must be made in Android Studio 2. App must be created in landscape mode. 3. Must be compatible in size for Tablets and TVs ( WebOS and AndroidTV ) 4. App must be in Kiosk mode. The app must be protected to prevent users from exiting the app. (No access to anything on the android device besides this App, unless a user enters the correct security PIN code. 5. WebView must be full screen (Pinned). I will also include screen shots of the design outline of how I want the app to look. Images goes from Splash Screen to Step 1 to Step 2 then WebView. Splash Screen: Self Explanatory Screen-1: Vendor will enter their BookerID number( or Store/Business Name ). - Bottom left hand corner is the "Start Over" button. This will clear the BookerID field box. - Bottom right hand corner button is to move on to step 2, after the vendor has entered their number. Screen-2: Vendor will create a security PIN number to allow the app to be exited on-demand. - First PIN field box vendor will set a PIN number, and second field box is for confirmation. - "Start Over" button on the bottom left hand corner will take the vendor back to the first screen. - Bottom right hand corner is the Activate button. This will set the PIN number active, then will direct the vendor to the last screen (Screen-3). Screen-3: This screen is "Full Screen" WebView. This is show the website [login to view URL] ( + the vendor's BookerID that they entered on Step 1. For example [login to view URL] ) - Bottom left hand corner is the BookerID logo at 45% Opacity. This will bring up a pop-up to enter the security PIN number. If incorrect PIN was entered, the pop-up disappears and nothing happens. If they enter the correct PIN number, the app will close and the vendor can access everything on the android device. If you have questions, please ask.
