Roulette Calculator

I am looking for someone to create a software application that runs along side online casino software (mainly Playtech if anyone out there has any experience) - The software is effectively a roulette odds calculator where the player enters the number they have landed on and then advises the player weather they should place a bet, and where they should place that bet, and how much they should place a bet for, or that just tells them to keep spining the roulette wheel. I have all of the odds, and bets written out on excel for the advice. To get an idea of a similar type of sotfware there is a basic version called [login to view URL] and there is a free download version available so you can get a rough idea. The improvements I wish to make on this product are that it uses my own odds, and generally I want the application to look more up to date and modern compared to alternative odds calculator on the market. I would also like the app to be vertical rather than horizontal so you can have both the online casino and the roulette calcualtor windows open at the same time without over lapping one and other. I've attached a basic picture of the layout I'm looking to achieve. This needs to be an installable piece of software on windows XP, Vista and 7 - and is for European Roulette.
