Small Android application (POC - Proof Of Concept)

Hello, I am new to Android development and do not have enough time to get the POC (Proof Of Concept) project ready to show it to the client, and I am running out of time. Can you do this for me? Here is what needs to be done... Phase-I ------------------------------------- Code an application that works on any version of Android (but "MUST" essentially work on Froyo - Android 2.2). When the user has finished a phone call and hung up, the user should be asked a question (there should be a setting in the application to configure this question). There should be 2 possible answers to the question. These 2 answer options will be shown as 2 buttons. Like... "Yes" and "No" (these 2 answers should also configurable in the application). Once the user clicks on a button, the user's response should be saved into a database on the Android handset along with the phone number on which the user was taking to just before the message showed. It should save the phone number, date and time when the call was made and the button (answer) on which the user clicked. Next time the user is makes a phone call to any of the numbers saved in the database, a message should pop-up (before the phone number is actually dialed or immediately after the phone number is dialed). This should show how many times the user has called the phone number, what is the percentage of times first answer was selected and the percentage of times second answer was selected. The application should be available as in installer. The user should be able to install the application on his Android mobile phone. I can do this in Windows Mobile (using .Net) in 2-3 hours. But I dont know how to do it in Android. I need this done (if possible) by Monday? Or Latest by Wednesday? Is it possible? Phase-II ------------------------------------- If Phase-I works fine, I will give the requirements for Phase-II. It will be a separate project and will be paid separately.
