Interactive Brokers API - Trading DOM Frontend

Hello, this is only for professional programmers WHO ALREADY HAVE CODED TRADING APPLICATIONS WITH INTERACTIVE BROKERS! Short outline of the project (more details will be provided by communicating through PM): I need a personalized trading DOM linked to the Interactive Brokers API. Bascially what I want to do is enter a bracket order with multiple orders attached f.e.: I put a Limit order for 3 contracts on a price in the DOM price ladder WITH 1 MOUSECLICK. If you dont know what the price DOM is dont even bother bidding (Is the Depth of Market displaying the best 5-10 bids and offers on a vertical price axis). Upon beeing filled, it automatically places a stop loss order for the full 3 contracts 5 ticks below the entry. It also automatically places 3 different take profit limit orders above it. First target at 10 ticks for 1 contract, 2nd target and 15 ticks for 1 contract and 3rd target at 20 ticks for 1 contract for example! All orders must be changeable by drag and drop with 1 click of the mouse (rather a drag of the mouse) meaning if i want to place the initial limit order to a different level that must be possible and also if i want to move the stoploss or take profit orders! All orders must be OCO (One cancells other) Orders meaning upon beeing filled for 3 contracts and the stop loss is hit, the profit targets must be cancelled. Or if the first profit target is hit, then the size of the stop loss must be adjusted to only 2 contracts and so on! Also standard features like "Close all Positions", "Reverse Position", "Cancel all Orders", "Convert to Market", "Buy Ask", "Buy Bid", "Sell Bid", "Sell Ask" etc. must be possible! Each DOM must be customizable to one trading symbol and it must be possible to have multiple DOMs customized for different trading symbols and working at the same time! I expect the programmer to speak decent english and have an exceptional knowledge of the financial markets. Dont bother bidding if you dont know the insides out of trading and its expressions! Thats about it!
