Hello Sir, I did similar project in past in C# as windows application, I have the solution ready. It will take the image as input and convert to .jpeg format and also change the size to said one. It will do, 1. Resize a image to specified width and height 2. Maintain the aspect ratio While resizing 3. Convert to RGB pixel format if image data is in any other format like YCCK, CMYK 4. Covert the image to JPEG format 5. Save the image in the given file path with the specified quality It will do more than what you want, let me know if you are interested.
