I'm looking for a very basic app that works on ipad. Its only for personal use... I'm a physiotherapist and I want to use to manage my daily patients. It should consist of: Date Patient list (names of patients) Room number ex ICU2 or AE3 I should be able to tick if they've received treatment (once or twice a day) I want to be able write short notes on a patient if needed Tick treatment codes (about 10 codes) Data must be mailed everyday to my manager And I should be able to add and remove patients and when a patient is discharged his file should be sent by email and he must be removed from the list
