Hey, we run a digital marketing agency. We are FAST growing, and gaining 30+ NEW clients EVERY month! We are looking for a proactive, efficient, responsible and ENERGETIC Account Manager/Project manager. This position is a FULL TIME position (42 hours/week) You MUST have good english with a minimal accent, and be willing to work USA business hours. Your job is to communicate with clients (your not doing ads or anything of that nature) Responsibilities would be: - Onboarding clients by helping them complete our onboarding call over the phone (making sure we have everything we need to get campaigns up and running) - Answering their questions/communicating with them - Becoming the clients best friend - Ensuring the clients are getting good results -You will also be responsible for managing and making sure their projects run smoothly along with our backend team Your primary role is making sure the clients are happy, that their campaigns/service we provide is being done in timely manner, and that they are getting good results with our service.
