I'm looking for a full-time VA to help with my real estate business. **Responsibilities Include** Screening buyer & seller leads daily Addressing, stamping, and stuffing batches of 100 mailers on a regular basis Running comparable sales and determining value Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action Receiving inbound calls and making outbRound calls (I'll provide the call script) Coordinating paperwork and closings. Realeflow experience is a plus ***MUST HAVE*** Hawk-like attention to detail Dog-like dependability Ox-like work ethic Cat-like reflexes Please respond with your availability, samples of your past work, and your favorite movie.I'm looking for a full-time VA to help with my real estate business.
