Facebook Likes and followers from Pakistan on my page

I want Pakistanis people to like and follow my page. Best if you can give me likes of Pakistan living outside Pakistan e.g Saudi Arabia, Arab Countries, UK, USA, Canada and other countries. 2nd priority is to give likes from Pakistan. Terms: All likes should be genuine and active. if 3% or more likes are fake or inactive then I'll not pay you. But on the other hand. if you give me original likes & followers, I'll give you 10 more jobs till December in this same category. Rate should be as less as possible. at-least less than facebook's rate.
