Agile CRM Marketing funnel assistance

We are currently using a suite of platforms to help manage our CRM for our fitness business leads, which typically come through facebook and instagram. These platforms include Clickfunnels, Acuity Scheduling, Frontapp, Zapier, Twillio and Google Sheets. Currently, we use this system for new client to schedule appointments to come in and have a consult face to face. Once they have booked, they receive a sequence of messages prior to their appointment. We need to be able to set up a sequence for clients who sign up, but DO NOT make a booking. These clients will then receive a sequence of text messages over the coming days encouraging them to book. We require skills in the above platforms who can help us set this text message sequence up.
