Adwords Campaign Creation and structuring, manage, optimise and improve

There will need to be a maintained time to optimise for conversions and ROI, the maintenance time will be specified by yourself. The best campaign type for us in the past has been search and google merchant only but we are open to display ads if you feel they would give a good ROI. We have shopping/merchant feeds setup so aren't looking for help there. We are looking to just target the UK. All the technical side of Adwords and google analytics / tag manager is already setup. I have negative keyword lists, remarketing lists, conversion and revenue tracking The goal of the campaign will be sales of goods via my magento store. I will provide a budget. the budget is modest and I am aware of the cpc that I am willing to pay. I will expect monitoring and optimisation of the campaign to get the most conversions possible. A list of keywords to start with and landing pages will be provided.
