200 free registration signups - repost

Project Description: I am wondering if you would be able to provide 100 or more signups for a dating website that only requires a free registration? I have numerous other signups, for both dating and non-dating, and would like to hire you multiple times. Other requirements for this particular dating website signup would be: 1.) All signups must be from the United States (I have other signups that can be from international countries such as Western European countries and Australia). 2.) All leads must be unique, and must use an email address that they have never used to register with this particular dating site, or any of its sister sites. 3.) All leads must come from different IP addresses (no different computers from the same household or public internet cafe, for example). 4.) If using a new email address that has just been created, that email address must have been logged in and out of at least once; this ensures that the email account is activated, and can accept incoming messages (a confirmation email will automatically be sent by the dating site after the user submits his registration, and the email should not bounce back due to an account that has not been activated). 5.) If a phone number is required, it should not be a toll free number, and must have US based area code. Thank you.
