I am going to found a company/holding for a set of B2B business sites. The social commerce Platform set should operate worldwide and offer services or goods depending on the platform. For a global concept considering all legal and tax related aspects I am searching for a skilled professional who is able to manage all related tasks in a timely manner. The first two platforms will be ready soon for launch, a social media platform (legal aspects very similar to Elance). The second plattform is a blog, focus on advertisement. The concept and founding process should consider all legal aspects, tax aspects, company location (to be choosen) and founding related costs. At the moment I see the following tasks, which should be at least offered in this project: Milestone 1) Analyze the various frame conditions and choose the long term and short term best company/holding form considering all legal and tax aspects. Milestone 2) Develop and define all terms and conditions, privacy and all other legal obligations for the first two websites. Milestone 3) Register Logos and TM site names Milestone 4) Analyzing actual patents (if there are any) and avoidance concept of any violation. Milestone 5) WEB site design suport for legal aspects (online payment page design, acceptance of terms & conditions, ...) Milestone 6) Company/(holding) founding. Please offer your timing for the milestones as well. Feel free to suggest additional aspects in your offer, which I might have missed. I am looking for a reliable long term partnership and cooperation with an expert/team in this field of expertise.
