Develop A "Site Wrapper" for iPhone and Android

Hi, Koolhit is a young startup company specializes in creating mobile, TV-like, video channels (see [login to view URL]) The Wrapper is a system to convert any web site into a mobile app. We intend to develop it as a general purpose tool, although we need it to convert each of our video channel sites into a mobile channel application. Main features of the Wrapper: 1. It gets a url as an input 2. It generates 2 mobile app versions of the site, for iPhone and for Android 3. It add a customizable framework around the original site. The Wrapper can set basic params like color and text title, and few more advanced param to be defined in the final spec. Few more comments: 1. The developer will design also a basic UI for the Wrapper 2. The Wrapper is similar to a tool that already exists and is called Uppsite (look at [login to view URL]) 3. The appropriate candidates will get the final spec from us, but in the above, there are most of the details required for you to submit a calculated bid. We plan to develop also a more advanced version of the Wrapper, to include more advanced features for the user. Obviously, we'll prefer the developer of the first version to develop also the second version. We intend to continuously add features to this tool.
