Complete Taxi hailing Website/applications

We want a complete system programmed. The applications need to be Iphone/Windows Mobile/ and Android There is 6 applications in total, and the system controlling it. There are 3 main parts User Applications, Driver Applications and Website/System Please contact only if you have past experience in this area. I want the system to be robust, and completely accurate everytime. User Application Make a booking 1. Login/Signup Customers login or signup Customers must be able to signup with credit card details through app 2. Pickup Location App locates their current GPS position, and displays it on a GPS map and as text. User can edit the text and it will update the system 3. Destination Location User can enter as text or position on Map where their destination location is 4. Driver selection Various drivers within a certain radius are displayed on a map. The user can select a driver they know, or auto select the closest driver to them 5. Fare Confirmation Based on the Tolls, and km and time estimation, the fare is generated. This must be a fixed price. 6. Booking confirmation Customer receives the drivers name, phone number, Number plates and ETA 7. Rate the drivers performance – Ability to rate them up to 5 star. My Bookings A list of bookings will be displayed, with the ability to book a trip identical to one already booked in the past, and also cancel any booking which were made. (this will need to have a fee charged to the customer.) Contact Us Email Twitter and facebook details Driver App Sign In Must make the driver as active on the system My Bookings When bookings are made by customers drivers are able to accept or decline jobs Customer details are displayed for them e.g. name, number etc. System/Website Payment processing The system must process payments for the trips using credit card details (for all users of Website and applications Users Must be able to update their details Must be able to view their trips Online booking System Drivers Must be able to update their details Must be able to generate reports of the work they have completed Must be able to view payment advice Must be able to see their rating (5 star rating) Website A simple website providing information regarding the service (Design is provided) Probably about 10 pages Admin Panel Generate all reports of all users and driver activity Must be able to view real time all processes and also be able to cancel bookings, re allocate drivers etc.
