Cars Repairing Centre app - repost

I need to build an IPad app for (Cars repairing centre) Details: 1 – Main Page consist of 1 – (Search) 2 – (Register a New car) 2 – If the car is already registered so I will put the car registration number and see the car status 3 – If not I will need to register the car: A few details about these cars. Like... Car Registration Number (This should be my main way of contacting people or people may contacts me asking about their car’s status) 4 – While I’m doing the cars registration, I will need to take some photos (this option is very important for us … sometimes insurance company calling us asking what was wrong with that cars … that is why we need to have such details and photos) 5 – Once I finish these details I need to finish, save and submit the details (should be into the apps database) 6 – I want to have some status for these cars (Parts ordered, MOT, Service, Car not accepted, Car is ready for collection) 7 – If the customer calls us anytime asking for anything regarding his car... I can access and see the history (what we did with his/her car) < Car registration number. 8 – If I’m registering a new car... And that car already did a job with us before...
