We are looking for a nominee director for our established printing and publishing company in London Can you think of anyone who would want to be a nominee director of our company ? They would have no day to day activities, they would only be a director on paper We need to add somebody preferably overseas to fulfill this role, obviously we would pay them every month and the payment would be ongoing The reason is it allows our current director to get on with their job rather than being badgered by petty and insignificant matters, somebody overseas would be untouchable and would therefore not be badgered by these petty matters As I say they would have to do quite literally nothing
