A peice of software to scrape multiple websites and create custom reports. New and experience freelancers accepted.

Hi I am looking to work with a freelancer to create a very easy bit of software for me. The focus of the software is to notify me when a new job has been added to a website. I want it to be able to search all the major job boards in the UK. It should have the ability to add websites to it e.g. specific company websites. It will then need to turn the data to an excel document when I have commanded it to do so. So for example my search might be "software developer jobs, Birmingham". From this search it should scan all the major job boards and also company websites in Birmingham. It should also (if possible) have the option to remove jobs posted by recruitment agencies. This is not essential at this stage. It should also have the option to search between timescales e.g. software developer jobs in Birmingham which have been posted in the last 5 days, 3 days or 1 day. I will provide the freelancer with all the support needed. This is the start of over 6 projects of this nature so there is pipeline for more work going forward. A good example of a similar product is the indeed advance search feature so please look at this. I will be using the software for custom reports I am doing which include: different job titles, different locations, different skill sets, salary, etc I will support the freelancer with any questions and support.
