fix moodle site -- 2

Hi, I have work on Moodle last 6 years from version Moodle 2.5 to lastest Moodle 3.7. I am expert in Moodle and Totara. I have also work on Totara 2.6 and Totara 11.x and latest 12.x. I will guide to design a theme. I saw your givien screenshot table "message_conversations" has not created when its install or upgrade due some technical problem.
