The description is a bit vague. I'll need to see the actual requirement to be able to tell how long it will actually take. My bid is 8 hours worth of work at 60USD/ph. I'm a software engineer working full-time and have my own consulting jobs on the sideline. I'm most proficient with Ruby/RoR. It would be great if your project is in Rails 5 but I'm ok with 3/4 as well.

Hi, To be honest I just went with default settings for bid and completion time. I can tell neither without looking at the project. I am an experienced RoR developer who's never done freelancing work before and is hiding from his current employer for doing so (hence the stupid picture). I find myself in immediate need for some extra money and i'm sure you can benefit from my experience and skills in the process. My experience in Nokogiri comes from scraping websites (mostly with financial data about hedge funds and investors like preqin). Plus you seem to need someone who can not just code but look at the architecture and the solution itself, and i've been doing that for the last 5 years of my 8 years career so far.

I've experience on the related technologies needed for this project and i think i can complete within the timelines.
