I would like to hire a Website Designer

Dear Sir / Madam I am looking for a quote on a web site build with a potential for future work based on the quality of the website produced. It is an adult only erotic type of website but I would not call it pornographic. It’s a website that customers will use CCBILL to pay for a monthly subscription to access a member’s only area. The site will display pictures and videos of one particular model. The site also needs a non member’s area that displays a selection of preview pictures and videos that will encourage people to join as well as special offers on memberships. The members will get access to weekly updates of a new photo set and a video clip including all the ones previously uploaded to the site. Each new weekly photo shoot will contain between 40 – 70 high quality .jpg pictures at a size of between 5 and 7mb per image. The new weekly video clip will be in .mov format at a size of be between 100mb to 500mb. The site also needs to contain a member feedback section. The site will also need a shop area to sell items from the site. I would also need showing how to update the site with the new weekly content. I will need the ability for new members to join at any time and be issued with an automatically generated username and password upon payment. I am aiming for the site to be built to a member base of 250 members but of course would like more. I am open to entering into a contract where for a monthly fee your company could provide technical support for my members should they have any issues accessing the site.
