We are looking for a web designer to offload some work from our in-house developer during a busy period. We need a multi-page design that can be used as a template on our in-house CMS, which is built using Laravel - so some knowledge of the Laravel blade templating language may be useful, however the developer will be able to transfer the HTML into the templating system themselves. We will be handling the copy, SEO etc ourselves, we purely need the front-end HTML / CSS / JS design that can be slotted into the blade templates. We will be able to provide photos from the client, and also any stock images that we feel may be useful. The client is an electrical company based in the UK, and they will be quite clear on what they like and don't like. We have agreed some features with the client, namely a map that will show locations of tweets to a certain hash tag - however our developer will be able to do any JavaScript required if needed. You can use frameworks or design from scratch - however the website should be able to gracefully fall back to IE8, due to some of their target audience. It doesn't have to look pretty in IE8, just at least usable.
