If I am being honest, If you just want basic text adding to the case then you could pick anybody. It's a fairly straight forward task for a graphic designer meaning most people you come across would be competent to do it! About myself though, I have 3-4 years experience in editorial design/typography/illustration and at the moment I am staying in my studio until around ten at night so have plenty of time to get the artwork created quickly. Looking at the cover artwork, it seems to be very collage based. As an illustrator my main style is photo montage and collage, so I would probably suggest using a font that was complimentary to that style. I would possibly look at taking an existing font and changing it to make it bespoke and original, or alternately look at creating a hand rendered font using the same collage technique. I feel a digital font could look very out of place. unless chosen well, when compared to the background so going back and looking at genre like the British punk scene and album covers by the buzzcocks/sex pistols (god save the queen), especially the typography used in them could work well on the cover.
