I want to start a website LIKE this Peopleperhour or LIKE Truelancer with all functionalities. Because I want to keep costs down , I'd like to use a good script as basic and make in that script my requirements and features to realize my own project. I have almost a complete plan (80% requirements and features request) and concept design (just look) on PDF-file made from digitale Ai-file (adobe). These files with all the explanations and info will in the later phase give to the freelancer who has a good plan and the necessary knowledge to complete this project. So if you think that you have experience to do this, can you prove with similar done projects/works. And also say me if you get this project, how do you think you will make it, I mean which script and which programming language are you going to use and how much time do you need to complete it? tnx for your time
