Greetings!
As a marketing professional with two degrees in communications and a background in human resources, I can meet the needs of your job, but can also recommend other, possibly more effective ways for growing your personal brand. I started my professional career working for a regional workforce board. I was responsible for getting people jobs! I have placed hundreds of job seekers in positions (part-time, full-time, contract, temporary, etc.)!
I worked with jobseekers (interns, entry-level, managers, executives) to:
- Review and edit resumes/cover letters/LinkedIn profiles
- Prepare/train them for interviews
- Advocate on their behalf to potential employers
I worked with employers to:
- Source/recruit candidates from various databases and platforms
- Screen candidates' resumes
- Interview candidates
- Facilitate mass recruitment events and job fairs
- Train employees on various employment issues (customer service, conflict resolution, time management, workplace etiquette, etc.)
I know exactly how to market an individual's skills, talents, and abilities to engage employers and to ultimately secure a job.
