Hi First of all - I dont think giving to each Your client possibility to use same spreadsheet is good idea. Look... lets say two of them will edit it at the same time - You must understand that it isnt same as You sent copy of Your excel file to each of them. Them work in the same document AT THE SAME TIME - e.g. them will hate each other) Also them will see orders of each other - im not sure if it is ok So my suggestion is to use somehow Google Forms instead I can automate google forms to You so it will use spreadsheet as source and client will select each item he want to buy and enter his email (lets say) and my script (google script) will automatically send to him and to You info about this order / request. Thats one of suggestions - we can discuss other methods similar like that but im sure - using directly google spreadsheet by all of Your clients will result problems..

Hello, I have seen your attachments and all details. I can redesign into Google Sheet. But it is impossible to make it mobile friendly because of mobile screen size. There need to freeze upto row 5 or more. And there also need to add logo. And it will be also very hard to work with tablet mobile or iPad. And, I think as it is also for printing purpose, I can reduce the difficulties to make it each sections like EXTERIOR, INTERIOR, MECHANICALS, OTHER and COST ESTIMATES will be in separated Google Sheet tab.
