Queue Manager

I need a php panel that would allow people to log in (clients) Post a task they need done. Then they would be able to change ranking of priority for the task by moving it up and down on the list. On my end I would be able to log in, adjust the completion percent of the project, add any comments to the project or requested change. I would also like to have in the side panel lists of stats from their website that I would like to up manually for now For example I would like it to show their traffic prior to hiring us and what it is now. So lets say their traffic was 100 people a day and today they had 600, so it would show %600 increase in traffic as of today! I would also like it to allow me to list adword and facebook campaigns , maybe even social media stats and changes. It doesnt need to have these things update automatically, I can change them manually but I would like to be able to do it by a panel. It can also be done in wordpress I guess, thats fine. As long as its easy for me to add new panels and new panel access for different clients. This would be a work in progress and I would like to add more features as we go and maybe automate more stuff.
