Parking Meter Interface GUI - example provided

Looking for a modern look for a parking meter project we are creating at our location. We would need artwork provided so we can continue with future changes and upgrades in the future, (like PSD files, PNG etc) We will be running our software with PyQt which will be the main software running our GUI. What we are looking for: The parking meter will be optimized for a 12 inch touch screen placed on a landscape orientation. 768 x 1024 is the resolution size. attached are sample images of how basic it is. we would need the "functions" to remain the same, but you would designe a more sleek and elegant look. We are looking for a unique and modern feel and look, Animation is welcome. Common elements on the screen will be Time and date and Weather will be placed on the screen for easy visual. the front page we designed already, and we dont plan on changing it anytime soon.. we also require a custom keyboard - since we dont like ours so much - but, it needs ot be optimized for touch of course. Alphabet Keyboard with Number Pad - For plate entry and a Number Pad only - for phone number or keycode entry Forward and backward buttons Reset Button We really need someone creative here to help us with a modern feel. I have some examples of work I've done but its clearly not professional and just prototypes for us to get started. I would like to your work for the right candidate. also the final page is needed for reciept and to email the reciept to the customer - I dont have that page yet. thanks!
