I Need A Prototype Website

I need a prototype website similar to Coach Up ([login to view URL]). The business is like Coach Up but geared specifically towards martial arts, which there is not enough of on Coach Up. I want the homepage of the prototype website to have the two options of "Find a Coach" and "Apply to Coach" as well as a brief description of how it works and the "Simple, Safe, Secure" such beneath it. The specifics will be different, of course. Nothing will be copied. But that is the gist of it. As for other functions and pages. When you click on "Find a Coach" in CU (Coach Up), you enter the sport you want to learn and where you are located, then you are sent to a page with a list of coaches. I will need a similar function but instead of giving your sport and location, you type in your location and you get a multiple-choice option of what you want to train for (fitness, competition, or self-defense), then you get a list of coaches. However, given that this is a prototype, the customer will simply go to a screen that says, "no instructors are currently available in your area." When you click on "Apply to Coach" in CU, you go to a "career" page, essentially. I will need a similar page like this that shows what you get and how to apply. However, again given that this is a prototype, when the aspiring instructor clicks the "Apply to Coach" button, it'll go to a page that says Prototype Website is not looking for instructors at this time.
