Requirements The registration with a valid ID and mobile number is mandatory for all service providers The registration is mandatory for customers (mobile number is mandatory, ID is optional) Customer can place an order to be picked Alternatively, customer can browse top Service providers and place an order directly Customer can place an order at any time of day The order can be opened to be picked immediately or with planned picking time (e.g. open request in the morning and time its picking at night) The order life cycle is 24 hours and it will be closed automatically in case it was not picked Service provider pick open orders and start processing them The open service order pick is optimized based on the Customer location Customer can place an order for a distant location (His house while they are out) The portal suggest the locations with highest order (per category) for service providers to be around during certain time of day (e.g. Photocopy machines orders have high density in Olya between 10 am and 3 pm) Service provider can’t pick an open request while they are processing an on-going one Customer and Service provider agree either through the portal or externally and then the service provider issue an invoice Customer can pay the invoice online or in cash (he can’t change the amount) The portal keep both histories of the Customer and Service provider’s orders The portal has a reputation system based on three factors: Review based (all reviews must be reviewed by admin prior posting them to guarantee quality Calculated metric to evaluate the service provider and the customer with no bias Fraud deduction mechanism to assure the good use of the portal and deduct the abuse (e.g. work and get paid out of the portal) The portal should be linked with Payfort or any payment solution provider
