Mobile UI/Graphics Design

I am looking for graphics & theme for my mobile application. The application almost complete, so I am not looking for UI designer, I am looking for someone to provide graphics and theme (colors, fonts, images, drop shadows etc) for the application. The application uses google maps extensively, so any prior experience with graphic design for a google map based application is preferred. Please read the project details before making a bid.... What needs to be done is listed below: a. Login Page with logo b. Main Page (the user comes to this page after login, this page has a map background and a draggable vertical slider (shows a list of dates) and horizontal slider (shows user list). The bottom has a menu bar with buttons for contacts, groups, places, home (main page) & setting page. The top of the page has a toolbar that shows user name, avatar, etc. c. Contact Page (shows a list of user & option to add new users). Taping the user name goes to another page which shows all user details (like a profile page). d. Groups Page (shows a list of Groups & option to add new groups) - very similar to contacts page in functionality, look and feel. e. Places Page (shows a list of Places & option to add new places) - again very similar to contacts page in functionality. f. Setting page (options to edit logged-in user profile & logout, set up some other settings) g. Another page that shows a card containing a map and showing some info about the map. The contact, place and group page are very similar, so once you design one page (e.g. contact page) most of that designing can be re-used for the other two pages (group & place).
