Members Area Construction Between TWO Websites

Members Area for STAFF so they can take jobs and submit work when completed. Orders that come in from one website ([login to view URL]) must automatically get added to a list on another site ([login to view URL]). We need the members area on [login to view URL] to have many features that we will discuss. We want [login to view URL] to have a register button on landing page that redirects to a job application, and if we accept their application (with a button) they automatically get sent an email with a login so they can start taking jobs. Summary of Project: Essentially we want our [login to view URL] site to take orders AUTOMATICALLY from [login to view URL] and put them into a members area on [login to view URL] for our staff so they can login, select jobs, and submit them when completed.
