I need a graphic designer, on an ongoing basis, to create the following for residential interior design presentations: 1a) Furniture layouts to scale - sometimes I will have floor plans you can draw over (these layouts can be more detailed), othertimes I will only have room dimensions and photos of existing homes and you will need to recreate (these can be more basic) - these should be attractive illustrative, coloured plans, not technical. I will do a rough layout for you and give you all dimensions. (I’ve attached a more detailed version and a simpler version) 1b)Image collages of these rooms showing selected furnishings. I will supply the selection of furnishings. They don’t need to be 3D models of the room - just conceptual collages. See attached file. We'll typically have a photo of the existing room to use as a backdrop or we can create a range of backdrops to suit different situations. See attached files. 2. Mood boards showing colour palettes or furniture selections for each room in a house. See attached files. Pretty straight forward - just layout work. Images provided. I’ll need you to create standard A3 templates that we use consistently. Please indicate a time estimate for how long each of these deliverables would take to complete.
