I have many years of illustration and graphic design experience and I am also a caricaturist of 12 years. I have had several children’s books published in the past 2 years with my illustrations. I am very adaptable and I work in many formats from hand-drawn (colored pencil, watercolor, oil, acrylic, etc.) to digital formats and styles from realistic to cartoony. I understand the personal connection one has when writing these kinds of books and will work with you to bring your ideas to a visual reality. I pride myself in being able to interpret your ideas and create illustrations that work with the story. I would take those ideas and create preliminary sketches for your approval. Changes and alterations can be done at this time and once approved, I would create the final cover/illustrations and save in a print-ready format for publication. I like to be fairly compensated for my work just like everyone but don’t take my years of experience to mean expensive. I do this for the love of the art and to see others, like yourself, get their work published.
