Graphic Design - Novelty Products Shirts, Mugs, etc

I am looking for a graphic designer that can create graphic designs to fit a series of themes. The websites where these will be posted have names like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and other themed websites. There is also a quotesite so graphics and quotes can be matched. To research the project look for themed websites with everything from redneck sayings, Christian themes. to loving and caring sayings. Political themes are fine too. The winner of the job will get some targeted sites with the themes I am wanting to emulate. I have adobe Illustrator, photoshop, and fireworks. Most of expertise is in Photoshop so I would prefer images in that format. However, if I need to develop a knowledge of Illustrator that works. I will likely want to tweak wording so I do not want flat files. My main method of producing these files will be sublimation printing. I do all of my development in RGB and I believe that is the correct approach for my printing. As part of the project a statement of copyright will be required to guarantee that the graphics used/developed are legal for me to use. If the files are not vector graphics they should be printable in a legal size format. Since I produce mugs as well as shirts the ability to scale is expected. I also realize that some designs for shirts may not shrink to a coffee mug and have any impact.. My expected budget on this project is between $250 and $350. Feel free to bid outside this range. My hope is that the person bidding already has a library of designs that will allow them to provide a considerable number of designs. Since there are a lack of specifics on how many designs are wanted in this proposal my thought would be to say that for X amount you expect to be able to produce from ___ to ___ designs. I am open as to the approach. I could send text with a supporitng graphic idea or direct you to similar websites and let you match your available graphics to designs.
