Need to hire some graphic artist to create a web page for a site. I do not need the whole page re designed but just the part under the menu, looking for somebody clever with photo shop and drawing that can mix together a building and a speed boat to create a look of speed. One job is for the building called the O2 in London and the other is for Tower Bridge in London. So come up with something creative that has 1 of these buildings in it and a RIB speed boat showing waves , speed, adrenaline. Need it done by Friday 10.00am uk time or sooner. I am hiring 4 people for this project ( I will award the project to 4 people you all get paid) best designer gets more work.
