Hello I need a Homepage for advertising rental apartments (7) and rental business Units (2) which are all in one building. The homepage should be hosted on a Managed Webserver (SSL-Certificate) in Germany. I already have the domain also the managed hosting. Ask me for the full features if required…The building is about to be constructed and I would like to have a straight forward and simple but modern homepage without too many features. Goal is to attract potential customers and give them technical data (Room sizes, drawings etc.)I will also need a LOGO for this building as well (might post a different project if that is nothing you can or like to do). You should also have a good amount of pictograms or be able to make them. I would require some to show for example the e-car charging station and the Central heating system via Wood Pellets etc. I would structure the Homepage as following:Main Page where you can see the building from outside with all its features like Parking Space with E-Car charging station, Central Heating system. This information should be presented in Pictures and one page with technical data in a Slide-show. You can also click on the pictures and it opens up and remains in place until you hit close button. You can click on the link for the “Business Units” and on the link for the “Apartments”. The user can then select the Apartment or Business from the dropdown and the information will be presented in the same way as on the main page. It should be possible to disable the link (grey it out) for each apartment and business unit out so it is clear that the apartment / business unit is taken. In this case the link should not work thus the pictures are not shown. On the main page (bottom Section) I need the regular information like Contact and Disclaimer. The text will be in German but I will deliver everything and you just copy and paste. I will take over the homepage once finalized and I should be able to change text and add and delete Pictures. Basically do the regular housekeeping.  Managed hosting and domain are ready. Following homepage is having a style that I really like. Maybe you can take this as an “example” [login to view URL]
