cPanel module for Siberian CMS (ionic framework)

I need a module creating for Siberian CMS ([login to view URL]), which uses ionic framework. So the idea is, someone can create a cPanel app within Siberian CMS, which will link to their WHM setup. So if they are a web host for example, people will be able to manage their cPanel hosting packages via the app. So it will basically be there cPanel account, but in an app built with the ionic framework in Siberian CMS. So whatever is in cPanel, be it the filemanager, zone editor, addon domains, ssh, email accounts etc it will be be available in the app. This can be done easily via the cPanel UAPI.
