Business Advertising Website

1. Looking to create a free website where businesses can post 1 (one) image of their business logo, brief description, and input a link (that is clickable) to that website. So hovering over the image would show either the description or if no description, the url and clicking the image would go to their web page 2. It should allow for various logo sizes 3. There should be a Register and Login button top right 3. Users can register by: (Required fields) First Name Email Address Successful message on the page after registration 4. Once they register they should be logged in and taken to a page where they can manage their image/url etc. and input the following: City State Business Name Business Website Address (format either http or https) Logo to upload (mark what max size can be) Brief description of the business (maximum 100 characters) 5. If the business has multiple businesses they should be able to add additional businesses logo/url info under the one account 6. Business user should be able to log into their account to update any information/image/url for their business (es) 7. There should be a search feature on the site, in case they are looking for a specific company name 8. There should be a sort feature where it can sort by state or city 9. I want to be able to monetize the site with either one or both options (Google Adsense or Sponsored) The Sponsored would be if any business wants to remain on the front page no matter what a user is sorting on they can pay a fee (specified by me) via paypal and they can post on the right side of the page. There should be several spots along the right side of the page if businesses want their logos to appear there. 10. I don’t want any page breaks for the categories, so for example if someone loads Plumbers I want the page to continue down for however many plumbers are listed for however they are filtering. 11. Across the top there should be the home tab, business categories tab (this should list in alphabetical order any categories added from the Admin) **Not sure what would be needed to build this out (custom or WordPress), but I'm looking for it to be simple for the business to use and for me as well Admin section 12. There should be an admin page where I could input any business categories that the business wants to post to 13. I should also be able to pause or delete the post if they are posting inappropriate content or images 14. I should be able to see the name and email address of the registrants
