Build a Website similar to freelancers on cake php.

I have a project website similar to freelancers which is 80% done on CakePhp and i want it to have some features described below: 1)Chat Box implementation 2)Payment Gateway Integration 3)Pushing notifications in the db(mongodb) 4)Updating the tables for transaction history and manage finances 5)Refining the user profile and home page(both parties) 6)Trigger mail for every change in the project status 7)Shortlist bid(feature to shortlist bids and a filter for the same) 8)Enable timer for the rests and the project completion 9)Debugging existing functionalities 10)display bid value of user in top Anyone confident to work in a reasonable amount can bid. Also i want to specially quot that bid your price reasonably as increasing price unreasonably afterwards is not acceptable as i have provided all the details.
