SIGN UP AND CREATE USER ACCOUNT a) Insert email address and password b) Receive a “welcome email” 2. GET ACCESS TO USER INTERFACE a) Fill out personal data sheet (name, address, birthdate, id-number, phone number) b) Select type of doctor (available doctors) – choose a doctor c) Fill out medical history sheet, type inquiry, upload requested documents, and choose between “general advice and urgent advice” 3. PAYMENT PROCESSING e) Choose payment form, send payment) 4.
