Re-Design Product Advertisement Form

I need the freelancer to create a brand new form page. On the attached file, there is a sample called "Freelancer_sample1" that shows our current advertise form, we need you to re-design this entire form. Here are the details freelancer must apply: The first tittle will be called "Product Information" and will contain the forms presented down below: - Product Title; - Product Subtittle; - Product Highlights; - Product Description; - Product Keywords. The second tittle will be called "Product Pictures" and will contain the forms presented down below: - Upload Picture Box; - YouTube video uploader. The third tittle will be called "Negociation Features" and will contain the forms presented down below: - Our advertisement can be an "Auction" or a "Fixed Price" (please see attached file called "development_sellanitem" to copy its features - but dont use this design, because it is just a sample) - Insert other form boxes from "Selling Format" (First box) from the "Freelancer_sample_1" attachment, except "Auction" and "Fixed Price" tabs (because we just applied them outside the tabs). - Merge "Duration","Payment Methods","Return Policy" and "Shipping Information" to this box. The fourth tittle will be called "Restrictions" and will contain the forms presented down below: -Merge "Restrictions" and "Invite do Bid" tittles The fifth tittle will be called "Attract more Buyers" and will contain the forms presented down below: Insert the "Enhance your listing" box with all choices and add the following options: - BidCrowd insurance This box must be designed on the left half of the page, on the right half there must be blank because we will work later. The "Attract more Buyers" box should have the SAME design from the attached file called "attract". The freelancer must create the icons similar to this attachment to represent our features, the icons must be the following ones: Bold title via search results - should have a bold letter (icon must be Black and White) Highlight listing via search results - #1 icon - (Icon must be Yellow with Black or White) Featured homepage - Star icon - (icon must be Red with White) Automatic-relist if no bids are received - circle arrow - (icon must be Blue with White) Featured in search results - (icon must be Grey with Black or White) The sixth tittle will be called "Final value fees" and it is exactly as showed on the "Freelancer_sample1" file. ## The freelancer must apply the radio and checkbox button on the attached file (when applicable)## ## The new form design concept need to be based on the "new_design" attached file## ## Revisions must be made if applicable## THE FREELANCER MUST DO/MAKE/CREATE EVERYTHING MENTIONED ON THIS BRIEFING TO GET PAID
