Redesign Website in Drupal -- 2

Take our existing website, written in basic HTML Kompozer; bring it up to speed with HTML5 and flash player capability. Current site has about 85 to 165 pages that need to be imported into chosen Drupal Templates for Directory design creation with better design. Redesign site, and then as approved, repost to our hosting to replace old site pages. Also need to recreate or redesign a new self serve classifieds market area in Joomla, already written, needs redesign. New site needs to be able to have video players embedded in areas on the master page, created design of new page redesigns also need to have space for web video players embedding on individual pages. Further contract include ongoing new pages in Drupal, or preferred: setting us up with a self serve or account exec assist import and upload page for clients to upload jpgs, gifs, etc, into a self serve template to go to quick layout as new pages in Drupal html design for turnkey page creation, and approved "green light" to post page. Also need a possible new area for e-commerce of page insertion orders, payment gateway to paypal etc., for new page insertion into the site. Will hire for first 1) site revision and facilitated redesign on existing site and pages, and then 2) ongoing for new client additions on new pages as new pages are added each week on a per page basis. New pages will include image lay out and page design, or overseeing imported images to the newly created turnkey page layout design for web posting on site, overseeing possible video embeds as required per page.
