Joomla responsive with jquery and mootools

There are 2 websites which should be nearly identical, basic joomla installation with joomgallery and joomphotoswipe. desktop: both sites are working fine, doing photoswipe with (after click on image) description on top and toolbar below smartphone: one site is working fine, desktop as well as smartphone, but the other site is working with showing the empty (but working) toolbar after clicking the photoswipe-image. url working: php 5.4.30 webserver: apache php-interface für webserver: cgi-fcgi url not working fine: php 5.5.15 webserver: Apache/2.2.27 (Unix) php-interface für webserver: cgi-fcgi desktop = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 task 1: i want to see the complete photoswipe-toolbar on the second website, and want to know the reason for the problem. task 2: the website should work with template js_wright. For the second task there is another website set up which is using jquery easy but maybe with uncorrect settings. Smartphone: menu (responsive!) and photoswipe both work fine, but: Desktop: menu is working, but swipe is not even starting.
