Build an social activity planning website

Project summary I need to have a dynamic website built mainly (but not exclusively) focusing on mobile usage. It will not be the final design but need to demonstrate the functionality and future user experience as a proof-of-concept. This means, a good relationship would pave the way for a long-term future cooperation. The core of the project is about jointly planning private activities with friends based on public events. Please no beginners, learners and project managers required here. Only bid if you're a developer and have a very professional team with you. Functionality overview There need to be an end-user and an administration section. The sites needed are as follows: End-user Static pages (not access controlled) - Home page - Idea / Motivation - Contact page (trigger PHP script to store contact requests in DB) - Legal (Disclaimer, Terms of user, Privacy) Dynamic pages (not access controlled) - View location details (access only through activities) - View event details (access only through activities) - Link forwarding page to external content incl. logging - Error pages (404, 405, 500, 503) including error logging in DB Dynamic pages (unregistered / not logged-in users / guests only) - User login / password reset / registration (possible through Facebook connect) Dynamic pages (registered users only) - User email validation - User account edit / account deletion - FB-like Notification system to notify user on occurred events (e.g. new comments) - Activity stream (notifications) to show recent actions related to own/invited activities - Create / edit activities - Respond on activity requests - Show activity - Personal activity overview - Personal contact list + create/edit/delete contacts (Facebook import of contacts) Administration (using RBAC to control access) Manage users (RBAC: manage users) - User overview list - User details + block/unblock/delete user - Overview users logged in Manage user roles (RBAC: manage user roles) - User role overview list - Edit user role assignment Manage activities (RBAC: manage user activities) - User activity overview list - User activity details + block/unblock/delete activity Technology requirements - Use of widely used technologies and open frameworks - Strict separation of code and design (design change expected) - Pages and links need to be search-optimized and SEO friendly - Integration of Google Maps API - Backend: PHP – use of widely-spread framework like Yii, laravel, CodeIgniter... (MVC) - Database: MySQL - Frontend: Responsive HTML5/CSS3/Ajax with Facebook-style slide menu – preferably use of widely-spread framework like jQuery mobile / Chocolatechip UI - Ready for App (iOS7, Android,WM8) usage – webservice with json - Cross-Browser compatibility: IE 9+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome - As there is no final design yet, design and UI workflow steps need to be interchangeable Project requirements - You take pride in your attention to detail, and are capable to deliver clean, production-ready code for a consumer-facing site. - You have good English communication skills and are to provide technical perspective and suggestions as requested or necessary - Photoshop and other UI design capabilities are a big plus - Complete source code will be handed over - Project will be split into milestones and payment will occur accordingly - Features mentioned reflect main functionality, however during the project some detailing/discussion still have to be defined and should be considered while bidding Looking forward for your bids!
