562392 Mobile phone photo uploader and image resizer

I currently have a normal image uploader on my site so I can upload customer images to their areas. This means I have to transfer the images onto my computer, resize them and then upload them. Therefore, what I need is to be able to upload images with my mobile and for them to be automatically resized, as not to take up too much bandwidth or storage space. Of course, I also need the uploader to remain functional with normal uploads (from my computer) but the normal uploader should also resize the images.
