GUI designer for android application

We are looking for a professional graphics designer to create the layout and GUI (not the full code) for an android mobile application. The total number of screens is 14, see attachement. Finally, let me clarify again that the deliverables are a prototype application in Eclipse. By prototype we mean that the application should run with clickable buttons (to open the different screens) but no connection with a database or further logic is required. Sample data can be used to fill-up the screens for demonstration purposes. More details Target Date is one month from the time the project is assigned.
